These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BookingMyTicket.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”), owned and operated by Cloudknot (PVT) LTD. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
01. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to BookingMyTicket.com – your one-stop platform for booking movies, events, concerts, restaurants, sports, activities, destination tickets, and more across Sri Lanka. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our services, whether browsing as a guest or using a registered account.
02. DEFINITION
📘 Platform: Refers to BookingMyTicket.com, including our website and digital services.
📘 Vendor: Service providers whose services are listed by BookingMyTicket.com on their behalf. Vendors do not independently list or manage bookings.
📘 User/Customer: Any individual browsing, booking, or interacting with the platform.
📘 We/Us/Our: Refers to Cloudknot (PVT) LTD, the operator of the platform.
03. SERVICE & ROLE
We provide a centralized booking platform where users can reserve services curated and managed by BookingMyTicket.com. While some services are delivered by partnered providers, all listings are fully managed and published by BookingMyTicket.com, we do not operate as a marketplace or allow vendors to independently list or manage services.
04. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
👤 Users may browse and book as a guest or create an account for faster checkouts and order history.
👤 Users are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials and up-to-date information.
05. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & FEES
💳 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
💳 Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as WooCommerce Payments, PayHere, and others.
💳 A small convenience/service fee may apply depending on the type of booking.
💳 Prices may or may not include applicable taxes or charges depending on the vendor.
06. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
🔄 Cancellation and refund policies are vendor-specific. Users are advised to review individual vendor policies before booking.
🔄 Refunds are processed based on each vendor’s policy and timeline.
🔄 BookingMyTicket.com facilitates refunds only in accordance with vendor terms.
07. SERVICE PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES
🛠️ We ensure that all service listings on BookingMyTicket.com are accurate, verified, and managed exclusively by our internal team.
🛠️ While some services may be operated by our verified partners, they do not have access to list, edit, or manage their offerings independently. All bookings, content, and customer interactions are handled directly by BookingMyTicket.com.
08. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
🧑💼 Users must provide accurate booking and payment details.
🧑💼 No refunds will be given for no-shows or failure to meet service criteria (e.g., age restrictions).
🧑💼 Users must comply with any rules or requirements set by the vendor for each booking.
09. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
⚖️ Users may contact BookingMyTicket.com directly for any issues related to bookings or service experiences.
⚖️ Although some services may be fulfilled by our trusted partners, all bookings are managed entirely by BookingMyTicket.com, and we take full responsibility for assisting in the resolution of any disputes.

10. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
⚠️ BookingMyTicket.com acts as a centralized booking platform and is not directly responsible for the performance of third-party service providers.
⚠️ While we curate and manage all listings, the actual service delivery is handled by external providers.
⚠️ Our liability is limited to the value of the booking made on our platform.
11. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users are prohibited from engaging in:

🚫 Posting misleading or false information
12. PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING

BookingMyTicket.com is not a marketplace. All listings are curated, controlled, and managed by our internal team. Vendors cannot register or publish content independently.
